By water, Port Charlotte is located at the tip of Charlotte
Harbor, offering residents quick boating access to the
harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. By car, US 41 and I-75
pass through Port Charlotte, allowing quick north-south
access to other Florida locations.
Port Charlotte offers a

to bay-front estates priced over $3,000,000. Buildable
lots are also available.
There are nine golf courses in
the immediate Port Charlotte area and seven more within the
